NEW ORLEANS -- (Business Wire)

General of Louisiana, Charles C. Foti, Jr., remind investors that they

April 19, 2013 to June 6, 2014, inclusive (the “Class Period”). This
action is pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern
District of Virginia.
What You May Do
If you purchased shares of NeuStar and would like to discuss your legal
rights and how this case might affect you and your right to recover for
your economic loss, you may, without obligation or cost to you, call
toll-free at 1-877-515-1850 or email KSF Managing Partner Lewis Kahn (lewis.kahn@ksfcounsel.com).
If you wish to serve as a lead plaintiff in this class action, you must
petition the Court by September 15, 2014.
About the Lawsuit
NeuStar and certain of its executives are charged with issuing a series
of materially false and misleading statements during the Class Period,
violating federal securities laws.
These false statements and omissions included, in part, that NeuStar
misrepresented and concealed its ability to maintain a critical series
of contracts with a telecommunications industry group known as North
American Portability Management LLC.
On June 6, 2014, a copy of a confidential email sent by an advisory
group to the FCC stating that the group recommends that the FCC award
the contract for telephone-numbers management to a competitor once the
FCC’s current contract with NeuStar expires was made available to the
public. On this news, NeuStar’s share price plummeted.
