The company had been using a payroll service bureau for its payroll processing, reporting, and workforce tracking, but the HR team frequently struggled with the multi-database design — even when making simple administrative changes.

College Park Family Care had been using an in-house legacy system for its human capital management, but the HR team realized it needed an HCM solution that could deliver the right tools — especially related to workflow automation, strategic reporting, and compliance reporting.
