Books-A-Million, Inc. (Nasdaq/NM: BAMM) today announced that since 2005
it has collected over $1,400,000 in donations from customers. 100% of
the money donated goes to The Salvation Army units that are local to
BAM!’s stores in 32 states and the District of Columbia.
“The Salvation Army provides hope and relief for disaster victims and
BAM! is very proud that, through the generosity of our customers, we are
able to help those in need this holiday season,” said Terrance G.

For the 2012 holiday season, customer donations totaled $122,228.00. A
portion of these donations, given in early November, will go to The
Salvation Army units that are assisting those affected by Hurricane
Sandy.
