Viscount Systems, Inc. (OTCQB: VSYS) announces that it has completed a private placement of 6,750,000 units of the Company at a price of $0.10 per unit for gross proceeds of $675,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of a share purchase warrant of the Company, with each whole warrant exercisable to acquire an additional share of the Company at a price of $0.20 for a period of three years from the closing date. Pickwick Capital Partners, LLC acted as the placement agent for the transaction.

The proceeds from the sale of the units will be applied towards general working capital purposes.
