Ameresco, Inc. (NYSE:AMRC), a leading energy efficiency and renewable
energy company, today announced that the Company is updating its revenue
and net income outlook for full year 2012, based upon preliminary

Ameresco now expects full year 2012 revenue to be approximately $630
million and full year 2012 net income to be in the range of $17 to $19
