Retail Properties of America, Inc. (NYSE:RPAI or the “Company”) announced today that Sally Beauty will be joining Ross Dress for Less, DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse (“DSW”), Marshalls and more at Gateway Pavilions, in Avondale, AZ.

Gateway Pavilions is a dynamic center in one of the fastest growing areas of Maricopa County, successfully drawing customers with a great mix of retail stores and restaurants and ease of access from the highway. It also boasts two shadow anchor tenants, Costco Wholesale and Harkins Theatre.

Sally Beauty will occupy 2,086 square feet between Molina Bridal and Mor Furniture and is expected to open Fall 2014.
