Engineering Group Inc. (NYSE:JEC) announced today the opening of its
Elko, Nevada office, which strategically enhances the company’s ability
to provide professional services, including engineering, construction
and maintenance services, to new and existing clients in Nevada.
As part of Jacobs’ continuing development of its mining and minerals
business, the company’s new Elko location expands its offering to
strategic client operations in Nevada. Services include project
planning, studies, engineering, procurement, construction, construction
management, operations, decommissioning and closure, and mine
infrastructure requirements.
In making the announcement, Jacobs Group Vice President Steve Axcell
stated, “Expanding our presence in Nevada enables us to more closely
partner with local clients to understand their businesses and objectives
