Account-Based Health Benefits Prompts Need for Additional Staff

employee benefits, announced today it plans to fill more than 140
customer service and claims processing positions at the Company’s
state-of-the-art Tempe facility.

Most of America’s employers conduct an Open Enrollment period every fall
for employees to select their benefits for the following year.

with co-pays, or answer questions regarding how a parent can get their
child covered under their company’s FSA plan,” Montes said. “Our
customer service teams assist people with important decisions and
reimbursements of critical expenses. We look to hire dedicated service

Customer service representatives will first be hired as seasonal agents,
with a minimum six-to-eight month commitment and a required four-week
training of all new hires. The office is located at 1850 W. Rio Salado
Pkwy., and is open from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m. MT, Monday through Friday. The
first class will start on August 17.
