CACI International Inc (NYSE:CACI)
announced today it has been awarded a $212 million Blanket Purchase
Agreement (BPA) to provide Desktop Support Services (DSS) to the U.S.
Department of Homeland Security. This five-year (one base plus four
optional ordering periods) BPA represents new work in CACI’s Enterprise
IT market area.
CACI will provide agency-wide help desk support, end user support,
engineering, field support, and call center services to DHS Headquarters
and Headquarters components, such as the National Protection and
Programs Directorate and the Science and Technology Directorate.
CACI offers more than 15 years of extensive experience implementing and
providing functional and technical help desk support and related
services to customers, as well as an innovative service delivery model
and knowledge of best practices.
