TriMas Corporation (NASDAQ: TRS) – a diversified global manufacturer of engineered and applied products – announced today its Lamons business has expanded its global footprint and product portfolio in the rapidly growing energy market of Brazil, with the acquisition of Gasket Vedações Técnicas Ltda.

Located in Rio de Janeiro, Gasket Vedações Técnicas Ltda is a recognized manufacturer and supplier of ring-type joints for the onshore and offshore drilling markets, as well as distributor of additional gasket types for the refining and petrochemical markets.
