Cowley County Register of Deeds, now offers the convenience of processing credit card payments over-the-counter

Cowley County Register of Deeds is pleased to announce the launch of KanPay Counter, a point-of-sale solution provided by Kansas.gov that conveniently processes credit card payments over-the-counter.

Cowley County Register of Deeds joins the County Clerk’s office, in collaboration with Kansas.gov, by now providing KanPay Counter payment processing for over-the-counter payments, offering constituents with a convenient way to process payments.

KanPay Counter is designed specifically for state and municipal governments to process credit card payments. The partnership between Kansas.gov and the state operates under a self-funded model where no tax dollars were used to develop and maintain the payment service.

Cowley County Register of Deeds

The Cowley County Register of Deeds Office is the central location for vital records and land records for Cowley County. The Register of Deeds Office is responsible for recording and maintaining transactions affecting real estate in Cowley County.
