Hardinge Inc. (NASDAQ: HDNG), a leading international provider of

its fourth quarter and full year 2012 financial results before the
opening of financial markets on Thursday, February 14, 2013, followed by
a conference call and webcast at 11:00 a.m. ET.
During the call and webcast, Richard L. Simons, Chairman, President and
Chief Executive Officer, and Edward J. Gaio, Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer, will review the financial and operating results for
the quarter and full year, as well as the Company’s strategy and
