HOUSTON -- (Business Wire)

Valmie Resources Inc. (VMRI) announces its joint venture partner – AeroLift eXpress, LLC – is hosting a team from Cargo Consolidators Agency Limited this week. The companies are meeting to advance collaborative plans for an upcoming live demonstration of AeroLift’s unmanned transport technology in Trinidad and Tobago.

“Cargo Consolidators Agency Limited is here to support AeroLift in finalizing the details of its next trip to Trinidad that will include in-depth meetings with the Trinidadian Coast Guard and representatives from some of the country’s ministry offices,” said James Stafford, AeroLift Express CEO and Founder. “We are fortunate to have Consolidated Cargo on our team and appreciate their experience and high level contacts.”

Stafford added, “The principal of Consolidated Cargo is a professional pilot, and his working knowledge of the aviation field makes him an excellent teammate. He spent many years as a commercial helicopter pilot in the area before joining his family’s business.”

Stafford said that in addition to sharing its abundant relationships, Cargo Consolidators is supporting AeroLift with the required technical export licensing, selection of the demonstration site, and event choreography.

Last month AeroLift concluded a successful trip to Trinidad and Tobago where it made a formal presentation with Cargo Consolidators, an international logistics company based in Port of Spain, Trinidad. AeroLift recently entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Cargo Consolidators to explore implementing AeroLift’s unmanned aerial technologies for the purpose of pipeline and platform monitoring, coastal studies, and air cargo transport in the Trinidad and Tobago region.

During AeroLift’s previous visit to Trinidad and Tobago, the Trinidadian Coast Guard provided the company a full facility tour that included the proposed vessel that will be used for AeroLift’s upcoming live demonstration. As a result of this and other positive meetings, AeroLift has been invited to return for an in-depth presentation to additional ministry representatives in preparation for the live demonstration.

AeroLift is an unmanned aerial transport service with the capacity to deliver payloads of up to 14 pounds at an operating radius of 250 miles. According to Stafford, AeroLift’s unmanned aerial system will permit operation in challenging seas and terrain with the efficiency, speed, and range of a fixed-wing aircraft.

Cargo Consolidators Agency Limited is an independent full-service freight forwarding, logistics, and consolidation company specializing in import and export freight, marine insurance, and hazardous goods handling and warehousing.
