2014 Marks 19^th Year of Carmike’s CMN Hospitals Partnership, With Over $8.6 MM Raised and Counting

Carmike Cinemas, Inc. (NASDAQ:CKEC), a leading entertainment, digital cinema and 3-D motion picture exhibitor, today announced that its valued guests and associates will again team up on a fundraising campaign in support of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals®. Since 1996, the joint effort has helped raise more than $8.6 million for local member CMN Hospitals, many of which are spread throughout Carmike’s national circuit footprint. For more than three decades, CMN Hospitals has been raising needed funds and awareness for local children’s hospitals. Today, CMN Hospitals encompasses 170 member hospitals that provide 32 million treatments annually for children across the U.S. and Canada.

Like all Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals fundraisers, 100 percent of funds raised from Carmike’s campaign will help create miracles by funding needed medical care, equipment and therapy programs that save and improve the lives of 1 in 10 children across North America every year.
