Hardinsburg, Kentucky Water Customers Paying Online

The residents of Hardinsburg, Kentucky, are enjoying the convenience and efficiency of paying their water utility bills online. The city partnered with Kentucky Interactive, LLC in July of 2013, to offer Hardinsburg Municipal Utilities customers an online payment option. Since the launch of the application, adoption has steadily increased and in the last six months has been an average of 23 percent of Utility customers.

Dawn Hardman, Utilities Clerk of Hardinsburg stated that, “making utility payments available online had greatly benefited out of town residents.” Hardman also remarked that, “the Kentucky Interactive staff is always responsive to the needs of our office.”
