Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 18 cents per share
on the Company’s capital stock, payable on December 10, 2012, to
shareholders of record as of November 19, 2012. This represents the 166th
consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Chemed in its 41 years as a
Listed on the New York Stock Exchange and headquartered in Cincinnati,
