TOPEKA, Kan. -- (Business Wire)
The Kansas
Real Estate Commission, in collaboration with Kansas.gov,
provides a secure and efficient way to renew and pay for real estate
licenses online. Real Estate licenses are set to renew on a staggered
schedule over a two-year period, designated by the first letter of
the licensee’s last name.
What you will need to renew online:
-
Valid form of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover,
or Electronic Check
-
Current CEU hours (for list of requirements and exceptions visit Continuing
Education)
Licensees are encouraged to renew at least 45 days prior to their
license renewal due date to avoid late fees.
In addition to renewals, the license
verification search provides the status of a real estate license in
the State of Kansas. You may search licensees by name, license number
and the city of the responsible broker. The license data is updated
daily and is available free of charge as part of the Kansas
Open Records Act.
