Vancouver, Canada, Oct 13, 2014 - (ABN Newswire) - Coalspur Mines Limited ("Coalspur" or "Company") (ASX:CPL) (TSE:CPT) is pleased to announce that the Alberta Energy Regulator ("AER") has issued a mineral surface lease ("MSL") pursuant to the Public Lands Act (Alberta) for Phase 1 of the Vista project ("Vista"). The MSL is the final approval required from the AER in order to commence construction of Vista. A development permit will be sought by Coalspur from Yellowhead County prior to commencing construction.
