(CVE:MTO) is a Canadian based advanced-stage exploration company with five gold properties, four in Quebec and one in Ontario, located in the heart of historically prolific mining areas. The properties Bachelor/Hewfran, Barry, and Dubuisson contain a total of about 1.6 million ounces of gold (NI 43-101, all categories).

Mr. Perry has almost 30 years of accounting, financial and entrepreneurial business experience in high technology, venture capital and merchant banking companies. Since the year 2000, Mr. Perry has been the Founder and President of Briolijor Corporation, a financial consulting company to both private and public corporations.
