CALGARY, June 19, 2013 /CNW/ - Alter NRG (the "Company") today announced the final director election results from its 2013
annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on June 14,
2013. Shareholders re-elected all six incumbent directors nominated by
the Company. The results of the director election are as follows:
