Firamada Appoints D. Robert Albi President/CEO and Elects New Board of 
Directors 

LONG BEACH, CALIF. (May 26) BUSINESS WIRE -May 26, 1999--Firamada Inc. 
(OTC BB:FAMH) Wednesday announced that it has appointed D. Robert Albi 
president and chief executive officer. 

The appointment of Albi as president and CEO comes after the 
resignation of Arif Adam on May 21, 1999. The board has also elected 
three new directors, Albi, Frank Idrees and Ben Stephens. Adam will 
remain with Firamada as director of Corporate Development and chairman 
of the board. 

Albi stated: "When you have the kind of growth Firamada has, a solid 
infrastructure must be in place. I believe that with a diverse board of 
directors and new management team, Firamada has achieved such a goal." 
Albi further added, "We are now able to focus on restructuring debt and 
enhancing business to become profitable." 

Because the Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on April 7, 1999, was 
invalid due to improper notice, a special meeting of shareholders will 
be held.
