FANTASY 6 SPORTS INC. ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF NAME TO VICTORY SQUARE TECHNOLOGIES INC.

Fantasy 6 Sports Inc.'s board of directors has approved a corporate name change to Victory Square Technologies Inc.

"We are very excited with the announcement of our new name," said Shafin Tejani, chief executive officer of the company. "Victory Square Technologies Inc. will now reflect upon our key verticals that comprise sports, health and entertainment. Our company has grown from its original foray into the sports market, and will now continue to add key acquisitions that fit within our verticals and that will provide value to our stakeholders."

The new name better reflects the company's existing business as a technology company that builds and invests in start-ups in the mobile, gaming, immersive and film spaces. With a special focus on three key verticals, its portfolio of companies features core competencies in virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), mixed reality (MR), artificial intelligence, blockchain, personalized medicine and big data.

The company will provide the effective date, further details of the change of name and additional background leading to the change of name shortly.
